Come dressed in comfy workout clothing for a private one on one restorative yoga session with massage, customized for your body. Includes a consult to personalize the session for your specific needs. Restorative yoga poses with bolsters, guided meditation and assisted stretching and/or massage work if desired.
Sessions may include: cupping, gua sha, singing bowls and other add ons that may enhance your experience.

Sessions include tea, brief discussion on type of tea, it's history and may include poetry readings or guided meditations based on theme. Evening sessions are caffeine free.
Water used for tea service is filtered twice, first with reverse osmosis to remove impurities and second with invigorated water filters to add minerals back into the water.
Tea is provided by Living Tea's seasonal tea club and is served traditionally gong fu style or bowl style (depending on the tea) on the floor with cushions. Chairs can be provided if needed.
Dealing with a specific issue? Can't afford to get a massage as often as you would like? Learn how to properly foam roll and use other self care tools for your body for maintenance outside of the massage room. All tools are easy and inexpensive ways to care for yourself in between massage sessions or while traveling.
Are you a fellow therapist struggling with your business? I offer one on one mentorship to learn tips and tricks in maintaining proper body mechanics, specific bodywork techniques, draping skills, bolstering for different body types, ethics questions, resources, dealing with difficult clients, etc.
