Important things to know before your appointment

Pre-payment for your first visit is required. (pre-payment is optional after 1st online booking). 

Online intake form must be completed prior to first appointment. A valid credit card saved on file or prepayment is required to hold your reservation. 

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that your session begins on time. Treatment time will not be extended if you are late.

I do not accept insurance at this time.

24 hour notice is required before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Because my schedule fills up quickly, I do enforce a strict cancellation policy. 

Changes not made within 24 hour notice will be considered a no show and charged 100% of the service price. You may choose to avoid a fee by finding someone to take your place before the appointment time.  

For safety and liability reasons - please be sure the person taking your place is an existing client and the appointment is changed to their name. They must complete an intake form online, otherwise they may be turned away and you will be charged 100% for the service.

If you are more then 30 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be considered a no show, will no longer be available and you will be charged 100 % of the amount due.

 Certain exceptions may apply, with proper communication.

Pre-paid Services and Gift Certificate sales are final and non-refundable.  You will not be charged due to illness and a credit may be applied in certain situations.
